Horses from Golden Dreams

I have been creating illustrations of horses since the beginning of my career in the 1970’s. You can view many of them here in the Portfolio page HORSES. In 2016 I published a book on my career as an illustrator, Golden Dreams, The Art of Ruth Sanderson. There is a 10-page chapter in it on horses as well as pictures throughout the book of horses from my fairy tales, book covers, and Hush Little Horsie, a picture book lullaby by Jane Yolen. Jane wrote a lovely introduction to the art book. Here are a few sample pages of horses, as well as the table of contents for this 225 -page full color book. The cover price was $45, and signed copies are on sale now in my Shop for $30.
