BOOK NEWS: New Picture Book in 2022
My first picture book biography for children, A STORM OF HORSES, the Story of Artist Rosa Bonheur is about a 19th century French woman artist whose gigantic painting of horses ( eight by sixteen feet!) has been hanging at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City since the late 1800’s. The book has just been released in Spring 2022, in time for the 200th anniversary of Rosa’s birth in 1822.
